EARLY-ACCESS PRIVACY

Your email.
One purpose.

When you request early access, we use your email to manage your request and contact you about Business in View invitations.

Who is responsible?

Florian Strobel operates Business in View and is responsible for this early-access list. Address: Carrer de sa cova d'es correu, 6, 07680, Porto Cristo, ES. For privacy requests, contact mail@florianstrobel.net.

What we collect and why.

We store your email address, the date of your request, the version of the consent you accepted and a one-way hash of your personal removal token. We use this information only to administer early access and the updates you requested. Submitting the form is optional; we need an email address to contact you.

You choose to hear from us.

Consent is the legal basis for early-access emails. The form asks you to opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. A request does not create a paid subscription or a product account.

Keep your removal link.

After a new request is saved, a personal removal link appears on screen. Keep it to remove your request from the active list at any time. If you no longer have it, email the contact above. Duplicate submissions do not replace an existing removal link.

Storage and access.

Requests are stored in the application database, separately from workspace financial records. We keep a request while it is needed to administer early access, until you ask us to remove it or the list is retired. The operator can export the list for invitation handling. We do not sell it, share it for other companies’ marketing or send these submissions to an AI service.

Your rights.

You can contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use the list for profiling or automated decisions about you.

Website data.

This public page adds no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Technical requests are processed to serve the website and prevent abuse. Logging into an existing workspace uses authentication cookies. This notice covers the public website and early-access requests.
